User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BudgetEats website (the "Website") or mobile application (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or App.

2. Changes to Terms
BudgetEats reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website or App after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. User Registration
3.1. You may be required to register an account to access certain features of the Website or App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date. 3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User-Generated Content
4.1. Users may submit restaurant deals, reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content") to the Website or App. By submitting User Content, you grant BudgetEats a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute the User Content in connection with the Website or App. 4.2. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of your User Content. BudgetEats reserves the right to remove or edit User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

5. Privacy Policy and Data Usage
5.1. By using the Website or App, you acknowledge and consent to the terms of BudgetEats' Privacy Policy. This policy governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information for the purpose of improving your experience on the platform.

6. Disclaimer 1: Accuracy of Information
You acknowledge that the information provided in this restaurant deal submission is accurate and up-to-date to the best of my knowledge. You understand that inaccurate or misleading information may result in the removal of the deal from BudgetEats.

7. Disclaimer 2: Deal Eligibility
You confirm that the submitted restaurant deal complies with BudgetEats' eligibility criteria. I understand that only genuinely budget-friendly deals that provide value to users are accepted. Promotions for non-food-related businesses will not be allowed, and BudgetEats reserves the right to review and approve or reject submitted deals.

8. Disclaimer 3: Content Guidelines
You agree to adhere to BudgetEats' content guidelines and community standards. I understand that inappropriate or offensive content will not be tolerated and may result in the removal of the deal. I commit to maintaining a positive and helpful environment for the BudgetEats community.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1. The content and materials on the Website and App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 9.2. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Website or App without the express written permission of BudgetEats.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1. The Website and App are provided on an "as-is" basis. BudgetEats makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Website or App. 10.2. BudgetEats is not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Website or App, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia, Canada.
